Flights for two are counted on both sides. Fares are March 2027 sailings, booked the way most couples book. Pick the 3:30 or 4:30 show and two hotel nights are added on top.
Lowest "from" fare on each line's own site for two adults in an inside stateroom, their taxes and fees included, on sailings the certificate covers. We price March 2027 sailings, since most couples book months ahead; the cheapest last-minute fares on each site are in the quote list above. Flights are two tickets at the U.S. average round-trip fare of $549 (BTS, Q2 2026). Your certificate's taxes are about $201, $207 or $238 per person for 4, 5 or 7 nights (full terms). The hotel option is the certificate's Choice B: 4 days, 3 nights with airfare, taxes and fees from $138 a person, plus a $100 Visa gift card; we price the nights at Hilton-family rates in Orlando for mid-March 2027 plus local tax. The early-show stay is a separate 3-day, 2-night hotel stay with taxes of about $35 to $55 a night and a $100 refundable deposit. Ship, date and port are assigned at booking, subject to availability. Prices change daily. Brand names belong to their owners; no affiliation implied.

Attending costs nothing, but the trip is not zero out of pocket. When you book, you pay a refundable $198 Save the Date deposit (returned 10 days before travel) plus taxes and fees: about $201 to $238 per person for a cruise, and from $138 per person for air and hotel. Scratch or tap a card. Six for six and you think like an insider.
Cruise lines quote port fees and taxes separately. The all-in number per person is the only one worth comparing.
The two weeks either side of peak season usually keep the weather and lose the crowds and the peak rates.
In spring and fall, ships move between regions. Those one-way sailings are often the best value at sea.
Unsold suites get filled at check-in. Arrive midweek, be kind, and ask what's open.
Never book a same-day flight to a cruise port. Insiders sleep near the pier and board rested.
The biggest savings aren't promo codes. They're the rates the trade buys at. That's what we show you live.
See it on the showSix for six. You already think like an insider. Now the real question: how many would your partner get?
Our best information, yours whether you ever attend a show. Read these before you book anything and you'll travel like someone who works in the business.
Advertised cruise prices leave out taxes, port fees and gratuities. Compare the all-in total per person or you're comparing nothing.
Lines advertise the base fare because it's the smallest number. Port and government charges land at checkout, and gratuities are added daily on board.
Do thisAsk: "What's the total for two, with every fee and gratuity, before I pay a cent?"
, January through March, is when cruise lines run their biggest promotions of the year: onboard credit, drink packages, kids' fare promotions, reduced deposits.
It's the industry's booking season for the whole year ahead. Lines compete hardest for your deposit in these twelve weeks.
Do thisBook a fall or spring sailing in January, then ask the line to re-price it if the fare drops before final payment.
If either of you gets seasick, choose a cabin midship on a lower deck. It's the point of the ship that moves least.
A ship pivots around its center. Forward and aft cabins on high decks swing the most in a swell; the middle barely notices.
Do thisLook at the deck plan before you accept a cabin number, and avoid anything directly under the pool deck or above the theater.
A means you choose the category, the line chooses the room, usually for less than picking your own.
Lines sell guarantees to fill what's left. If your category sells out, you're moved up, never down.
Do thisIf you don't care which balcony you get, ask for the balcony guarantee rate.
Some hotels add a nightly that isn't in the headline room rate. Two hotels at "$189" can be $60 a night apart.
The fee covers things like the pool, Wi-Fi and the gym, whether you use them or not, and it's charged at the hotel, not when you book.
Do thisBefore you compare two hotels, ask each one: "What's my total for the stay, with every fee and tax?"
Book a loyalty hotel through a discount site and you usually earn no points and get no elite perks: no upgrade, no late checkout, no free breakfast.
Hotels treat those stays as the booking site's customer, not theirs. Most chains also match their own lowest public rate if you ask.
Do thisFind the price anywhere, then book direct or through a member program that keeps your status.
Shoulder season, the weeks just before and just after the busy months, gives you the same weather most years at a lower rate, with thinner crowds.
Rates follow school calendars and holidays, not the thermometer. The resort is the same place on the second week of May as the last week of June.
Do thisCheck the destination's school and holiday calendar first, then aim for the gap next to it.
Many countries require your passport to be valid six months past your return date. An airline can deny boarding before you ever get there.
The rule is enforced at check-in, when it's too late to fix. Renewals take weeks, longer in spring and summer.
Do thisCheck both expiry dates the day you book, and photograph the ID pages so a copy lives in your phone.
Most travel insurers only waive pre-existing conditions if you buy within a set number of days of your first deposit. Miss it and that coverage is gone.
The waiver is the part that matters most for couples over 45, and the window is often short. It's counted from the first dollar you put down, not from the final payment.
Do thisThe day you pay a deposit, ask: "How many days do I have for the pre-existing condition waiver?"
When a terminal abroad offers to charge you in dollars, say no and choose the local currency. That "convenience" is , and it uses a worse exchange rate.
Your card issuer converts at close to the bank rate. The terminal converts at a rate it chooses, plus a margin. A card with no foreign transaction fee saves another few percent on everything.
Do thisPack one card with no foreign transaction fee, and press "local currency" every time.
Which one did you not know? Share the ten with someone who's booking a trip this year.
Somewhere is always in low season. The lit places are where the crowds left this month, and the rates went with them.
Patterns the trade plans around: wave season, school calendars, hurricane season (NOAA). Fares still move daily.
Lines a travel rep uses every day. Yours to keep, show or no show.
Everything you do here earns points: exploring, sharing, showing up. Your getaway never depends on them; that's yours for attending. Points are the extra.
Real money on your next trip. Spend it with your concierge on any hotel, cruise or flight.
